Work Experience
After graduating in 2014, I underwent training in the field of medical device repair at two government hospitals. Following that, I received training in the elevator industry. Subsequently, I started working independently in the field of electronic design and manufacturing. In 2017, I became a professional and began designing and producing various products for companies within Morocco. In 2019, I registered my own trademark, SINDIANA, under registration number 204944, and produced several designs under this brand.
Below, you will find some of the designs and products I have created for companies and universities, which I thoroughly enjoyed designing.
Lab360 is my personal project and a solution to some of the challenges faced by remote students and companies that are far from a fablab
LAB360.ma offers online professional 3D printing and laser cutting, electronic PCB manufacturing, and offers on-demand production of prototypes, individual products and small series. Its intuitive interface gives the user 3 clicks access to a wide range of materials, finishes, and techniques, as well as optimization tools and file analysis and repair.
E-Bike is a project in partnership with the International University of Rabat (UIR). Its aim is to convert regular bicycles into electric bikes. I was responsible for designing and manufacturing the system that manages battery charging, monitors its capacity, controls the motor, measures the speed, and connects the system to a mobile phone via Bluetooth 4.0. Additionally, I was assigned to design and program the application that controls all aspects of the electric bike, including remote tracking, control, and location monitoring, as well as serving as an display during rides, showing speed, location, and destination with route navigation.
E-Pick is an idea I developed for Vivartech, a subsidiary of Espace Numerique. It is based on the concept of “pick to light” and aims to streamline the process of gathering goods from an online store that sells school supplies. The website contains all the required classroom materials and school supplies for early education. The integrated system is implemented in the warehouse, where upon receiving an order from the website, a QR code is sent to the warehouse worker. The worker then scans the QR code, and numbers illuminate beneath each type of item, indicating the quantity that needs to be collected.
This idea has solved several problems, including slow order picking and confusion among 2000 different types of merchandise…
The dual solar tracker is a project that I created, and I developed its initial prototype while seeking funding. The goal of this project is to enhance the productivity of solar panels by eliminating the need for a sensor, simply by inputting the coordinates of its location. The challenge was to design a simple system that could be easily installed in homes and had a low cost.
The initial prototype was designed with reliance on a sensor to verify the mechanical system’s functionality. Subsequently, I aimed to develop a sensorless system; however, the project remained incomplete due to insufficient funding.
I achieved third place in the StartUp Weekend Oujda 2018 competition.
